Identification Policy
Name on ID must exactly match your Red Hat registration. Update your details at redhat.com → Account Details at least 24 hours before your exam.
Accepted Original IDs
Download PDFNOT Accepted: Photocopies, digital/electronic IDs on phones, or laminated secondary IDs.
Arrival & Guidelines
Arrive Early
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for setup.
No Show Policy
Failure to appear will result in no reschedule allowed.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
No Items Allowed
Remove watches, smart devices, and jewelry (wedding rings are permitted).
Exam Breaks
The exam timer continues to run during breaks. You must notify the proctor first.
