Refund Policy
No Refunds
Fees collected will not be refunded. Students who withdraw from the courses will not be given a Refund.
The fees will be forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Admission Confirmation
Admissions and lab access will not be confirmed or granted until registration is complete and the fee is received in full.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Right to Cancel
OSELabs reserves the right to cancel or postpone any batch due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability.
Batch Rescheduling
Students may request a batch transfer to a future date. This is subject to seat availability and must be requested prior to the batch start date.
Technical Interruptions
In the event a live class is interrupted or cancelled due to technical outages, a makeup session will be scheduled. No refunds are issued for rescheduled classes.
No Liability for Expenses
OSELabs is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred by the student if an admission or batch is cancelled.
